Bilingual Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

• General Administrative support
• Working the reception area, answering phones and greeting people at the door
• Processing invoices 

Bilingual Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (English/French)
• Good customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills (MS Office and Excel)  
• Must be reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail 
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Accounting and collection experience an asset
