Adecco is currently hiring 2 permanent, full-time Bilingual Assistant Managers for our Client in Moncton, NB. To qualify for these Bilingual Assistant Manager roles, you must be fluently Bilingual (English & French) and proficient in Microsoft Office. Working alongside with the Store Manager, the Assistant Managers see to the general running of the store and is a reference person for the employees working there. They assist the Store Manager in the planning, organization, management, control and evaluation of the store's activities. They ensure that all the companies policies and procedures are applied and respected.They oversee & ensure the quality of customer service and staff training. In the absence of the Store Manager, they maintain full authority over all aspects pertaining to the operation of the store.

Bilingual Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
• Ensure excellence in customer service
• Ensure compliance to health and safety measures at work
• Establish priorities and manage store schedules
• Lead and motivate employees
• Ensure compliance with the instructions from the management
• Ensure the quality of the store’s visual merchandising
• Assist in recruiting and hiring new talents
• Foster a stimulating and dynamic environment
• Know the different tasks of each position
• Oversee the activities of the assigned sector
• Participate in conflict management between employees
• Perform other related duties to ensure smooth running of store operations

Bilingual Assistant Manager Qualifications:
• High School diploma
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar position
• Previous retail experience is a must
• Must be fluently bilingual (French and English)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good leadership skills
• Must be reliable and able to multitask 
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team 
• High attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, delegate and follow up
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to start as soon as possible
