Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Banking Advisor in Markham, ON. To qualify for the role, you must provide exceptional customer experience with every client interaction, contribute to the achievement of business objectives and participate fully as a member of the team.
For the role of a Bilingual Banking Advisor, we are looking for individuals who are bilingual in English and French, with strong verbal communications and call center experience. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 6-month contract position with possibilities of extension and has a pay rate of $26.15/hour.
Bilingual Banking Advisor Job Responsibilities:
• Phone is a queue, take calls and go through motion/scripts
• Checking emails and responding to managers/partners in a timely manner
• Every call is gauged by customer service evaluation; must be prepared to take feedback
• Mandatory courses once a month (will get time off the phone to complete this)
• Monthly / quarterly meetings
Bilingual Banking Advisor Qualifications: 
• 2 years of call center experience
• Post-secondary is required
• Previous financial experience is an asset
• Bilingual – French/English
• Strong verbal communications
• Telephone skills
