Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Banking Analyst for one of the largest and most reputable financial services firm based in Toronto, ON. The role is for a 1-year contract, paying $19+/hour. We are looking for people who have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, above average computing and navigational skills, good time management, and strong customer focus.
Bilingual Banking Analyst Responsibilities
• Respond to a variety of inbound customer calls/emails from global internal bank end users, which can vary in applications involved and complexity of issues
• Ensure accurate and detailed problem-documentation/ticketing 
• Provide timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and customers 
• Verify and process transactions and documentation within established guidelines 
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as provide ongoing feedback 
• Build ongoing support proficiency for other skills and applications
Bilingual Banking Analyst Qualifications: 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English
• Above average computing and navigational skills 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint) 
• Exceptional customer service skills and a team-player 
• Ability to work flexible schedules
• University Degree or a College degree/diploma is considered an asset
