Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Banking Recruitment Coordinator in Markham, ON. To qualify for the Bilingual Banking Recruitment Coordinator role, you must be French/English Bilingual, have strong communication skills, and have previous experience in recruitment.
For the role of a
Bilingual Banking Recruitment Coordinator, we are looking for individuals who have advanced Microsoft Excel abilities, relevant post-secondary education, and previous experience with Workday systems. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 6-month contract position and has a pay rate of $25 per hour.

Bilingual Banking Recruitment Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Review submitted requisitions and liaise with other Recruiters for distribution of search approach
  • Review and process Internal Hire Form requests, as well as provide approved offer letters
  • Liaise with the On-boarding team who manages the new hire fulfillment process, which involves performing background checks
  • Review and input new hire information into the system, and generating Employee IDs
  • Responding to, and supporting with inquiries regarding new hires and internal job changes
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
  • Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality, as well as escalating issues where appropriate.

Bilingual Banking Recruitment Coordinator Qualifications:

  • French/English Bilingual is a must
  • Previous experience working with Workday system
  • Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of overall HR and Talent Acquisition policies and processes
  • Possess advanced ability with MS Office, including Excel
  • Relevant Undergraduate / Post-secondary Education
  • Previous experience working in a Recruiter role
  • Previous banking experience would be an asset.
