Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual Business Development Manager for an American multinational technology company. To be considered for the Bilingual Business Development Manager role, you must be French-English bilingual, have at least 5 years experience with managing, building, and applying business processes in the field, as well as have advanced skills and knowledge in financial management and strategic negotiations. The Bilingual Business Development Manager is a 4-month contract role, paying $60.67/hour, and is open to candidates from Toronto, Mississauga, Quebec, Vancouver, and Calgary. Remote or Work-From-Home setup can also be considered.
The Bilingual Business Development Manager responsibilities include: 
- driving new revenue and device unit growth for the client's Surface devices within target accounts via outbound sales calling to evangelize Surface value proposition, communicate ongoing promotions and incentives, and qualify opportunities to drive devices sales
- achieving monthly sales targets related to Customer Adds, Revenue, and Customer Reach
- building and maintaining Account Executive (AE) and Surface Solution Sales Specialist (SSP) relationships and their adoption of internal and external sales programs and offers
- supporting Co-Selling with Partners sales representatives through facilitation activities to connect partner sales reps with modern workplace SSPs 
- aggressively and proactively compete to win new business and share through differentiated customer business value, trials, proposals, offers, and PoC 
- identifying customer business challenges and bring them to agreement on the business value of Surface devices
- continuously nurturing and expanding sales, business, technology, and competitive readiness
- engaging with the Surface Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to share feedback on customer insights, sales programs and tools
The Bilingual Business Development Manager requirements are: 
- minimum of 5 years sales and negotiation experience in the areas of Commercial Hardware/PCs, Channel Sales, Productivity software
- strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, financial acumen, written, and verbal communication skills
- highly motivated, go-getter, achiever, who works with a growth mindset
- strong leadership and influencing skills, and knows how to work with a diverse team 
- BS/BA degree is required; BCom or MBA preferred
- French-English bilingual
