Adecco is hiring a Bilingual Business Development Representative (Remote) to join our National Sales team. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Business Development and be responsible for qualifying leads and targeted prospecting through phone and email outreach on behalf of Adecco, in both official languages.

The ideal candidate is someone with experience in a direct B2B sales role, who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a highly results-driven environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in French and English are required.

This position is remote, and the desired candidate can be located anywhere within Canada.

Bilingual Business Development Representative functions include:

Qualifies web leads received and manages chat bot responses ensuring timely follow up.
Performs high volume targeted prospecting activities through cold calling and e-mail within identified verticals to introduce Adecco’s products and services.
Collaborates with sales colleagues to book sales meetings and ensure follow through on all qualified leads.
Maintains records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing Adecco office technology.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bilingual Business Development Representative Requirements:

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience.
A minimum of three (3) years related experience.
Two (2) years working experience in sales or staffing.
Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and e-mail applications.
Ability to work during core business hours (EST).
