Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Claims Analysis Support for a 9-Month contract with possibility of extension with our Private Client in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must pass a Criminal Record Check and a Credit Check.

 

The Bilingual Claims Analysis Support will have the following responsibilities:

  • Handling outgoing and incoming telephone calls with client/claimants;
  • Handling outgoing and incoming mail from client/claimants;
  • Responding to emails from client in accordance with Court approved terms of settlement;
  • Scanning documents to PDF format and uploading them to proprietary claims software;
  • Data entry taken from claim forms submitted from claimants;
  • Processing data and analyzing/curing claim proof;
  • Developing summary descriptions of claims documents – abstracts;

 

The Bilingual Claims Analysis Support must meet the following mandatory requirements:

 

  • Fluently French and English Bilingual
  • Experience in Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel
  • A successful criminal and credit check
  • Clear communicator with public over telephone or email
  • Hard working, action oriented & energetic
  • Detail oriented
  • Articulate
  • Quick study
  • Customer service oriented – handling calls from claimants in need of help, explanation
  • Independent, self motivated, mature and discreet
  • Responsible, reliable and trustworthy
  • Organized
  • Good sense of humour

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Advanced skill in Excel in preferable.
