Adecco is currently hiring for a BILINGUAL Client Service Rep in Downtown Toronto. To qualify for this BILINGUAL Client Service Rep position, you must be bilingual in English and French and have at least 5 years of customer service experience.

Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This BILINGUAL Client Service Rep role is a 1-year contract and has a pay rate of $22.50 per hour.

BILINGUAL Client Service Rep Responsibilities:
• Handling the Customer Service phone lines - approximately 30-40 calls/day
• Answering email inquiries
• Sending the issues from customers to the right direction
• Once comfortable, they should be able to problem solve as well. 
• Would assist other lines of work if needed.
• Understanding of policies - training provided

BILINGUAL Client Service Rep Qualifications:
• Bilingual – English and French 
• At least 5 years of customer service experience 
• MS Office - mostly Outlook for email inquiries
• Strong communication oral and written 
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Friendly and approachable type personalities
• Life insurance experience/ knowledge is an asset 
• Call center experience - client facing experience
• Working towards LOMA1 and 2 designation
