Adecco Professional has partnered with a large financial services firm to hire for some Bilingual Client Service Representative job openings in Toronto, ON. These are full-time, permanent positions that have required working hours on a weekly rotating shift basis 8am – 8pm Monday through Friday (37.5 hours/week).  Although these positions will start as remote, they will require you to be in office ‘soon’ so you must be able to work out of the downtown Toronto office (TTC accessible and walkable from the GO)

 

Key responsibilities for Bilingual Client Service Representative job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:

 

  • Manage high volume inbound calls from customers (primarily Investment Advisors and their teams but also the investors directly)
  • Document and track all calls and conversations in a CRM
  • Maintains customer database; updates data and makes necessary changes; follow up on outstanding and required items
  • Determines customers’ needs and ensure proper documentation/information is included in the systems
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers relating to products/service (there is no sales in this position)
  • Follow up calls and written correspondence will be required as well; all will be in both French and English
  •

  • Complete bilingualism in both French and English, both written and spoken
  • Completed post-secondary education, either a College Diploma or University Degree

  • Ability to meet deadlines and control multiple priorities
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
