Adecco Professional has partnered with a financial services firm to hire for some Bilingual Customer Service Representative job openings in Toronto, ON (French/English). These are full-time, permanent positions that have required working hours between 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday (37.5 hours/week). This is a hybrid working position so you must be able to work out of the downtown Toronto office at least 1 day/week and open to additional days in office as required – please note this is TTC subway accessible.

Key responsibilities for Bilingual Client Service Representative job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:

  • Manage high volume inbound calls from customers (primarily from regulatory professionals)
  • Document and track all calls and conversations in a CRM
  • Maintains customer database; updates data and makes necessary changes; follow up on outstanding and required items
  • Determines customers’ needs and ensure proper documentation/information is included in the systems
  • Ensure all written communication is also responded to in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Follow up calls and written correspondence will be required as well; all will be in both French and English
  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Complete bilingualism in both French and English, both written and spoken
  • Completed post-secondary education, either a College Diploma or University Degree
  • At least 1-year of total relevant experience in a similar role; call center experience from a similar professional services industry a strong asset

  • Ability to meet deadlines and control multiple priorities
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to learn quickly; the business as well as the technology to help you do your role best!
