Our client is currently hiring a Bilingual Client Services Representative. The Bilingual Client Services Representative will work remotely. Training will occur the first week out of the Mississauga and Markham Offices. The Bilingual Client Services Representative must deal with sensitive matters with compassion and understanding. Experience working in a call center considered a strong asset. You must be bilingual in French and English.
Our client provides career transition and outplacement services. This role pays $23.00 per hour and is a 1-2-month contract with possibility of long-term potential.
Bilingual Client Services Representative Responsibilities: 
Demonstrate knowledge of programs, features and benefits.
Provide professional and timely follow up to all client and individual inquiries.
Manage individual expectations by clearly communicating the next steps and timing.
Meet and/or exceed established engagement rate KPI metrics.
Adhere to established outreach protocols.
Accurately and properly document engagement efforts in CRM system.
Bilingual Client Services Representative Responsibilities: 
Bilingual French and English is a must. 
Customer service skills and call center experience considered a strong asset.
Strong communication skills – verbal & written.
