Adecco is hiring a responsible Customer Service and Remarketing Advisor for our high-end Automotive Client to work out of their North York location, mainly for Collections activities made through inbound and outbound phone/email contact with Canadian retail and lease customers. This is a Permanent Full Time role.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collection and maintenance of delinquent accounts with the goal of minimizing the number of past due accounts as well monitor the overall delinquency for Canada Ability to utilize skip tracing tools (i.e. Credit Bureaus, Equifax and Internet)
  • Ensure collection efforts are conducted within company guidelines and various Canadian province statutory regulations.
  • Provide professional and courteous assistance in daily business interactions with both internal and external customers, dealers, vendors, and outside companies.
  • Provide high quality and timely interaction with Company, Lamborghini and Bentley customers, dealers, and vendors to contribute to a first-rate customer experience.
  • Responsible for all inbound and outbound call servicing while maintaining the department KPI’s Manage the inbound shared email address and properly delegate tasks and escalations
  • Responsible for handling lease end accounts within 120 days of maturity to ensure the timely return of the vehicle, payoff, or other options prior to the scheduled maturity date.
  • Discounts contracts in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with all federal, provincial, and local regulations in regard to finance tolerance and taxation.
  • Provides competent dealer service. 
  • Resolves any issues related to dealer reserve/payment, documents preparation and state specific taxation.
  • Provide coordination of remarketing activities with the Company, Lamborghini, and Bentley Canadian dealerships.
  • Maintain follow-up for the collection of excess wear & tear, mileage, termination and any other outstanding fees. Follow up with dealer chargebacks collections and correct application of funds
  • Adhere to the local limits of authority.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Commitment to excellence quality driven.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service.
  • 1 year auto finance experience
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills High school graduate, University or College degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • PC experience required (Windows, Word, Lotus, Outlook).
  • Reports to Customer Service Operations Manager Outside the Company: Interacts with PCL, PFSC customers, Dealers, and vendors.
  • COMPENSATION AND HOURS:

  • Compensation based on experience
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
