Bilingual Consumer Call Centre Specialist

Adecco is hiring a Bilingual Consumer Call Centre Specialist with for a distribution company in the Scarborough, ON.

Responsibilities are:

  • Support and respond to consumer inquiries through 1-800 phone line, emails, social media, and letter mail.
  • Create Canada Post ship labels to support consumer product repairs
  • Data base correspondence in our Saleforce system
  • Learn the basic operation of all product categories
  • Enter SAP sales orders to consumers
  • Process POS payments
  • Handle consumer claims information gathering and correspondence
  • Warranty issues and order placement in Agora
  • Report on quality issues and trends
  • Support consumer escalation issues
  •  

    Qualifications

  • 2+ years in Customer Service
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in French & English
  • Experience in SAP, CRM or EDI software is an asset
  • Advance Microsoft Excel experience
  • Export documentation terminology is an asset
  • Taking initiative and the ability to anticipate problems before they happen are also essential for success in this position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Effective organization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well within a team located in multiple locations
  • May be required to work additional hours at period-end closing cycles
