Adecco is currently seeking two (2) Bilingual Consumer Credit Associate for a permanent, full-time position with our client in Toronto, ON. The successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing loan applications, maintaining strong relationships with automobile dealerships, and providing backup support to team members as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review loan applications and make sound decisions based on underwriting standards
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with automobile dealerships
  • Assist the Special Credit team with funding issues and provide support to team members as required

    •  

    Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of Credit Analyst experience or a combination of relevant education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of funding, credit review process and credit scoring
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Thorough understanding of credit analysis and loan documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, with the ability to provide coaching and feedback
  • Bilingual in French and English is required
