Our client in Markham, ON is looking for a Bilingual Contract Admin to join their team. Will utilize your strong technical writing experience and your high sense of urgency to respond to RFPs within set deadlines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing product specific technical responses for all modalities of the product portfolio. Must be fully bilingual English and French.

Bilingual Contract Admin Responsibilities:

Completion of responses to technical sections regarding equipment specifications, functionality, ergonomics of all incoming RFPs
Provide further support to Clinical, Clinical training, Service, IT, Software Assessment, Network, IT Security, Certifications (CSA, IEC/EN) and Environmental questions associated with a quote or configuration.
Verify Account Manager’s quotation against customer’s request (technical requirements of RFP)
Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Specialists to complete technical responses and to address any discrepancies or misquotes
Maintain a list of all active RFP responses and level of completion that can be shared with the broader team
May require some translation where applicable

Bilingual Contract Admin Qualifications:

College level education, preferably in electronic field, and/or minimum 5 years in electronic/technical/mechanical experience, preferably in a biomedical or similar environment
Advance technical ( medical) experience
Medical Equipment knowledge ; Patient monitoring systems
Detailed knowledge of installation requirements
Superior communication skills in both English and French, written and verbal.
Ability to work under very stringent deadlines in a fast pace environment
Effectiveness in meeting rigorous demands
