Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative position in Thorold. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative individual must be flexible with their schedule and available Monday to Friday 6 am – 10 pm and Saturday/Sunday 9 am – 9 pm. Our client is looking for someone to who will fit into their team, someone who is customer focused, can work as a team, is able to problem solve & pay attention to detail, and is accountable.  The pay rate is $18.00/hr plus 4% vacation pay.

 

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

 

• Providing customer care solutions according to the service legal agreements and the company quality and quantitative standards

• Provide excellent customer service and technical support in an inbound customer contact environment

• Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations/ demonstrating empathy by listening to customer concerns

• Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service levels

 

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

 

• Fluent in French and English
• High School Diploma or GED  

• Minimum 1 year of customer contact services
