Adecco is hiring for a English/French Bilingual Customer Service Representative for one of the top banks in Downtown Toronto. To qualify for this Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, you must be English and French bilingual and have at least 5 years of customer service experience and professional telephone etiquette.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 year with possible extension/conversion
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 - 4:30 or 9 to 5
*candidates need to be flexible to work both shifts as they will be rotating from week to week based on needs*
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
•Handling the Customer Service phone lines - approximately 30-40 calls/day
•Answering email inquiries
•Sending the issues from customers to the right direction
•Once comfortable, they should be able to problem solve as well
•Would assist other lines of work if needed
•Understanding of policies - training provided

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Requirements
•At least 5 years of customer service experience
•Excellent verbal and written communication (English and French) 
•MS Office - mostly Outlook for email inquiries
•Experience working in a fast paced environment
•Friendly and approachable type personalities
•Life insurance experience/ knowledge is an asset
•Call center experience - client facing experience
•Working towards LOMA1 and 2 designation
