Our client located in downtown Toronto and is currently looking to hire top talent for their Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Toronto, ON to join their team! This is a full time, permanent position with the working hours being 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - no later shifts or weekends.

Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative job opening in Toronto, ON may include the following:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, e-mails, mail or possibly other social media
- Reaching out to customers and verify information and update accordingly where required (majority is inbound call center-like setting)
- Advise on company information, policies, etc
- Compile records on overall customer satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, inclusive of data entry and processing
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ complaints

Minimum qualifications for the Customer Service Representative job opening in Toronto, ON are as follows:
- 2+ years Customer Service experience, ideally from a retail setting (ie Sales Associate or the like)
- Bilingual in French/Engish
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both official languages
- Must be highly organized, and be able to prioritize tasks

- Completion of high school diploma at a minimum, post secondary education preferred
