Are you seeking stable, long-term work in the customer service industry? Adecco is partnered with an Insurance Agency in London who are in need of an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative with a mechanical background to provide support in their Customer Service Department.

  • Location: London ON
  • Shifts: Days – 8 am – 6 pm
  • Full-time, Temporary to Permanent opportunity
  • Job responsibilities include:

  • Complete daily assignments in fast paced office environment.
  • Answering dealer, servicer, and customer questions regarding mechanical coverage, both in English and French, over the telephone and by email.
  • Managing contracts and supporting other departments.
  • To qualify, you should:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and French
  • Proven customer service skills, with a focus on problem resolution
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office suite of products and Web based applications
  • Proven customer service skills and experience handling customer complaints
  • Ability to successfully manage a variety of priorities in a fast-paced busy office environment
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills will be required
  • Mechanical knowledge of motorized vehicles an asset
  • Experience in the automotive, small engine, machinery, or warranty industries an asset
