Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative for our client, a leading company specializing in surveillance security camera monitoring located in Mississauga, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service and building relationship with residents of sites including other related duties.   • Pay rate: $21/hour
  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Shift: 12:00 AM-8:00 AM | 8:00 AM-4:00 pm | 4:00 PM-12:00 AM   
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary

  • Job responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with residents of sites to enhance ability to identify potential issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Tracking in/out activity of guests to the site to identify suspicious activity
  • Managing delivery and pickup of parcels
  • Monitoring all security features of a given site to guarantee all equipment is in working order and detect suspicious activity
  • Assisting in data entry for vehicle tracking log sheets at other sites
  • Controlling all site software (FrontDesk, Guardall) as required
  • Managing booking of site amenities, visitor parking, etc
  • Performing reception calls and other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1-2 Years of experience in a customer service/facing or sales role
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French as well as interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Must possess solid computer skills (MS Office Suite) and great attentiveness to details
  • Must be able to look presentable given the client facing nature of the role
  • Must be comfortable with flexibility in work schedule and working in an office space
