Adecco is currently hiring fully fluent Bilingual (EN/FR) Customer Service Professionals to work with our global financial services client.  This role is open to candidates who are available to work a hybrid 2 days’ in-office/3 days’ work from home model.  Interested candidates must have reliable high-speed internet connectivity (no wifi), and be available to work flexible and rotating shifts throughout the year including statutory holidays. Our client will provide virtual training to set you up for success. If you are fully bilingual, tech-savvy, and committed to providing customer service excellence, we want you!

  • Meeting customer needs by providing timely, accurate information regarding customer products and service offerings
  • Bilingual Customer Service Professional Key Qualifications:

  • Fully versed in FR and EN
  • Able to work rotational shifts between 9:00am – 12:00am AST/365 days a year
  • Customer-obsessed
  • Prior contact/call centre, retail environment or service industry experience
  • Excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with poise and professionalism
  • Can-do, will-do attitude
  • Knowledge of financial services considered an asset
