Your Daily Duties and Responsibilities will Include:

  • Actively listen to customers, understand their concerns, and respond with appropriate action in a professional, confident, and courteous manner
  • Recognize quickly what needs to be done in order to satisfy the customers expectations, transferring calls to a licensed advisor
  • Achieve cross-sell quotes and assess customer needs
  • Must thrive in a highly structured, fast paced, high-volume, statistically driven, and ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual REQUIRED (French/English)
  • 1 year experience in a customer service, sales, or call center role
  • Post graduate education
  • MS Office experience
