Adecco is currently hiring temporary full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Belleville, Ontario.

This position will be of interest to candidates that possess outstanding communication skills, a high level of organizational and problem-solving skills, attentiveness to customers, a technical aptitude and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Individuals with a sporting goods background would be considered an asset.

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $20.50/hr based on experience

Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Works to build strong relationships with dealers in conjunction with the field sales team.
  • Daily, the CSR will work to strengthen our sales relationship with specific accounts
  • Working with account stakeholders on order placement, review processes, inventory and substitution strategies
  • Streamlining orders to receipt procedures by working with account and internal teams
  • Accountable for meeting targeted metrics and providing account relationship excellence to assigned customer base
  • Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • At least a year of previous experience in customer service
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and communicate with multiple teams and levels within an array of brands (matrix environment)
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and oral)
  • Ability to quickly change priorities and focus based on business demands
  • Attention to detail with outstanding follow-through and time management skills
  • Ability to build relationships and foster teamwork
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Previous experience working with SAP software and database systems
  • Must be able to pass a criminal record check if selected
