Adecco is currently hiring a temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work full-time hours for our client located in Belleville, ON. This position has the possibility of becoming permanent and will be working on a hybrid model.

  • Location: Belleville, ON – Hybrid model
  • Salary: Dependent on experience
  • Availability Required: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Job type: Temporary with possibility of becoming permanent

  • Responsibilities:

  • Works to build strong relationships with dealers in conjunction with the field sales team.
  • Daily, the CSR will work to strengthen our sales relationship with specific accounts
  • Working with account stakeholders on order placement, review processes, inventory, and substitution strategies
  • Streamlining orders to receipt procedures by working with account and internal teams
  • Accountable for meeting targeted metrics and providing account relationship excellence to assigned customer base
  • Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Must be Fluent in both French and English (written and oral)
  • At least a year of previous experience in customer service
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and communicate with multiple teams
  • Ability to quickly change priorities and focus based on business demands
  • Attention to detail with outstanding follow through and time management skills
  • Ability to build relationships and foster teamwork
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous experience working with SAP software and database systems
  • Must be able to pass a criminal record check if selected 
  • Must have 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination
