Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representative – French / English in Mississauga, ON. Our client is a global and reputable organization within the food services industry. To qualify for the role, you must be have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, fluent in both French and English, and be able to work flexible hours.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative – French / English Responsibilities:

  • Receives Customer Complaints.
  • Generates a Complaint # and responds to the Customer, confirming receipt and status.
  • Works with QA for Complaint resolution and Credits/Invoice Adjustments, as required.
  • Maintains the Complaint Log/Spreadsheet Daily, along with internal daily reports for all new Complaints.
  • Order Desk support for English/French language Customers.
  • Enters orders online and follows up accordingly with appropriate parties to ensure orders are successfully fulfilled.
  • Assists with some general office and administrative duties, as required;  
  • Translates documents upon request between French to English, or English to French for internal and external clients.
  • Follows up with customer questions, concerns, or complaints in a timely manner.
  • MUST be proficient with MS Office and excellent knowledge of Excel (be able to manipulate formulas, create graphs)
