Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently hiring for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (French and English), to work initially from home for our client located in Brossard, QC. To qualify for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, you must have excellent communication skills, be fluently bilingual in French and English and possess experience in financial services.

This is a short-term 5 -month full time contract position, paying $19.50/hr, with the possibility of extension.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls, submissions, and email inquiries in a timely manner
  • Fields all questions and concerns regarding loans, payouts, insurance etc.
  • Ensures quality and productivity objectives are met
  • Facilitate the resolution of minor escalated calls
  • Bilingual Customer Service Representative Main Requirements:

  • Successful completion of post secondary education
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer service, financial service experience preferred
  • Tech -savvy with the ability to learn new software and navigate through windows
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
