Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Canada (remote)
Adecco is currently hiring for an exciting Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Canada (French/English) for our client in the corporate office of a retail sporting goods chain. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a busy, enthusiastic customer service team and put your strong communication and customer service skills to use not to mention your knowledge and passion for sport. Those with a background in the retail or sporting goods industries, or those with direct call center experience should feel free to apply but as a reminder this is a fully bilingual, French and English position! The Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Canada will require you to work 40 hours/week on rotating shifts 5 days per week but between Monday and Sunday and will have you work hours between 7am and 8pm EST (as this is remote, if you are in another time-zone, please consider the time difference for your hours).
Key responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Service job opening in Canada (French/English) may include but are not limited to:
Handling inbound customer support calls from new and existing clients; tracking all calls in the CRM
Answering email inquiries as needed and forwarding to appropriate departments
Communication via instant message / chat with customers; fast fingers required!
Promptly inputting customer data and orders accurately into various database systems
Redirecting escalated calls to the appropriate department
Liaise with internal teams where required; accounting, shipping, merchandising, etc
Referring to company manual and customer service policy
Additional responsibilities as required.
To be considered for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Canada (French/English) you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:
Fully Bilingual: French and English written and spoken is a must
At least 6 months experience in a call center setting; prior retail experience a strong asset
Sports-oriented; knowledge and passion for sports and related products are important
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office; fast and accurate typing skills
Excellent telephone skills and phone presence
Strong organizational and time management along with the ability to multi-task
Team player with a willingness to learn
Full vaccination is required
