Bilingual Customer Service Associate

We are currently hiring Bilingual Customer Service Associates in Dartmouth NS for a full time permanent French speaking Customer service role. This is a great opportunity to land a full-time job. Our client is a well-known not for profit organization that deals with Health Services.

  • Take calls from plan holders and potential customers
  • Quickly assess and resolve any situations
  • Update files as per requests, provide response to inquiries

    • To qualify, you should;

  • Fluent in French is a must
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
  • Previous experience working in a Call Centre is considered an asset
