We are recruiting Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our top Insurance company client. If you love working in customer service and speak English and French fluently, this is the position for you! 

Duration: 12 months contract with a high chance of extension to permanent opportunity
Pay rate: $19.80/hr + (4% vacation pay) = $20.59/hr

Rotational shift: Available to work shifts Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 9:00 p.m. AST

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing “one-stop contact” on both general customers inquiries and claims related issues. Responsible to provide excellent customer service on specific product lines and/or a specialized function, by handling inbound calls and all related investigation. Will respond to calls related to claim issues, problem-solving inquiries, while maintaining established service standards. 
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: 
• Respond to all customer service inquiries, answering a standard number of calls and related investigation work 
•  Relationship management with customers and sponsor partners 
• Act as a primary contact for customers’ requests by researching the problem/issue to find the appropriate information and solution 
• Identify and correct customer issues, and resolve customer complaints and concerns, and coordinate with other staff and departments as required 
• Process transactions within established standards utilizing existing technology 
• Maintains a sound level of product, procedures, systems and industry knowledge, across specific product lines, and of the service provided by Affinity Markets. 
• Team-player to ensure a cohesive unit and consistently high level of service 
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications: 
• Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize under stressful and changing circumstances 
• Excellent customer service skills via telephone and email
• Excellent skills with the ability to maintain a positive customer relationship in a very difficult situation 
• Ability to learn various computer applications and business processes
• A good listener and Empathetic personality
• Great ownership/follow-up skills
• Flexible/adaptable to change 
• Knowledge of Insurance is an asset
