In this Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Toronto, ON, you will be responsible for handling a variety of client questions/inquiries/concerns, responding to costing and coverage, recording and updating customer information, and/or resolve customer problems all in a very busy, corporate environment. The service could be given via phone, email and potentially fax at times so a small administrative tone to the role as well; all while utilizing your bilingualism (French and English)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 year of direct Call Centre experience combined with completed post-secondary education and ideally exposure in an administrative role creating letters and correspondence. Our client is also open to hiring someone who has education in the insurance or legal arenas combined with a small amount of corporate or customer service experience. The successful candidate will also have exceptional oral and written communication skills (which will be assessed in both French and English) and strong technical abilities in the MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) programs.
