Adecco Canada is actively recruiting for permanent fulltime Bilingual Customer Service positions for an established company in Kingston, ON. To be considered for Bilingual Customer Service openings, candidates must be bilingual in French and English, have prior experience in a customer service capacity, and have the availability to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

Bilingual Customer Service Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax
Communicating with customers in an accurate, professional and timely manner
Foster customer retention by providing premium service
Maintain customer files by updating personal information changes including address changes, name changes, and other personal information updates as reported
Take ownership of customer inquiries from start to finish to ensure resolution is made
Handle customer complaints by solving problems accurately and efficiently and by escalating issues to management as needed
Research information for customers as needed by finding information through various online platforms, reading and interpreting information, and relaying information to customers

Bilingual Customer Service Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service position with preference given to those with experience in a financial or insurance setting
Bilingualism in French and English is an absolute requirement to include reading, writing, and speaking proficiently in both languages
Experience handling highvolume customer contact via phone, email, and fax
Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to find electronic information efficiently
Must handle customer communication (verbally and electronically) with absolute professionalism 
Knowledge of the insurance industry is considered a strong asset 
Must be able to pass a criminal background check if selected
