Adecco is currently hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Kitchener, ON for our top Insurance company. This is a 12 months contract with a strong possibility of converting to a permanent role and it pays $18.75/hr.  

Start date : 6th November
Hours : Typically 40hrs/week


To qualify for this role, the candidate MUST HAVES:

  1. Strong Interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in English and French
  2. Excel in fast paced environments
  3. Strong customer service and communication skills. - Various administration duties involved.
  4. Candidate should be detail oriented, well organized and able to prioritize work. Looking for candidates with call center experience, strong communication skills, used to a fast-paced environment. Industry experience is not required.
  5. Must be available to work  an 8-hour shift falling between the hours of 8am-8pm - schedule will vary week to week. -Possibility of extension or permanent opportunity

Our client is looking for a dynamic, customer service-oriented individual to join their team of 15 members as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this (CSR) role you will deliver superior customer service by providing prompt and accurate responses to our callers.

You will be responsible for answering Group Disability Claim inquiries via phone and/or e-mail. Customers may be internal or external and their inquiries may vary - fast paced environment with a consistent call volume.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
•  Calm and professional communication skills
• Access appropriate information from various application systems of the client
• Good problem solving skills within specified timelines.
• Handle sensitive issues in order to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain confidentiality of private personal information.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
• Fluency in English and French - verbal and written
• customer service experience

• Strong attention to detail
• Well organized 
• Ability to meet deadlines  and work in a structured environment
• Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
