Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in London, ON. To qualify for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, you must be fluent in French and English, demonstrate excellent communication skills, have strong attention to detail, technical support background, and ticketing experience.

For the role of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative , we are looking for individuals who can work flexible schedules and have above average computing and navigation skills. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 1-year contract position and has a pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Working in team-oriented environment providing technical support and general queries (including password, hardware, software, e-Messaging, Blackberry, etc.)
  • Respond to a variety of inbound customer calls/emails and ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement as well as provide ongoing feedback

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Bilingual French and English is a must
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint)
  • Above average computing and navigational skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • A technical support background or related education including experience is considered an asset
  • University Degree or a College degree/diploma is considered an asset
