We have a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service job available in the London,ON area. As part of the Customer Solutions Centre, the ideal candidate is someone who can provide outstanding customer service in both official languages (English/French) and thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs is a must and the candidate will be required to work rotational shifts. Superior attention to detail, multi-tasking, keyboarding and technological skills along with the ability to deal with tight deadlines round out the ideal candidate profile.
This position is the main point of contact for corporate clients requiring a centralized order process for staffing needs. Requisitions for staff are electronically distributed amongst Adecco branches and sub vendors and in turn, candidates submitted to the client for review all within various online applications.

The Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service job duties and responsibilities include:

Receives and manages client orders using central order intake system(s) and computer applications, following applicable service level agreement timeframes.
Manages Adecco branch and other sub vendor candidate submittals through Adecco’s system(s) and creates a candidate profile in the vendor supplier application/tool for the client’s review and approval.
Ensures that data and documentation are current, accurate and compliant as they relate to Adecco’s systems, the vendor supplier applications/tools, and the client contracts and Service Level Agreements.
Interacts with National and Regional clients providing superior levels of customer service. Ensures satisfaction of filled orders and identifies new business development opportunities for increased business with clients, promoting Adecco’s products and services whenever possible.


Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
A minimum of two (2) years related customer service experience.
Recruitment experience is a definite asset.
Must be comfortable working with computer software applications and proficient in Office automation suite, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferably office 365.
Bilingual (French/English) is required.
Experience with an automated payroll and/or billing system and vendor management system (VMS) such as Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, Taleo or Brassring tools is an asset.
