Bilingual Customer Service Representative

On behalf of our top Banking client in Canada, Adecco is currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives Bilingual (FR/ENG) to initially work from home in Markham, ON. To qualify for this Customer Service Representative – Bilingual role, you must be fluent in French and English and have previous banking experience. This is a 3- months contract position, paying $23.24/hr with a possibility of extension and conversion to permanent (based on performance).

Customer Service Representative – Bilingual (FR/ENG) Requirements:

  • Successful completion of high school required
  • Previous banking and related experience in a call center preferred
  • Fluent in French and English (understand Quebec accent)
  • Knowledge of MS office (excel,word)
  • Tech savvy with above average navigational skills is needed
  • Exceptional customer service and ability to remain resilient under pressure
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication

  • Respond to inbound calls, submissions, and email inquiries in a timely manner
  • Contributes to process improvements
