Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Customer Representative in Mississauga. For this position, you must be fluently bilingual (French and English) both written and verbal and have experience in customer service. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for dealing with inbound/outbound calls and entering information into call logs.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining customer orders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assessing and responding to customers' needs in a timely fashion
  • Providing appropriate solutions to ensure resolution
  • Keeping record and processing customer interactions
  • Tracking and tracing of orders
  • First point of contact for customers 
  • Handling all inquiries and complaints diplomatically
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
  • Fluently Bilingual (English and French)
  • Minimum High school diploma or GED 
  • 1-2 years of Customer service experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
