Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a client, a Manufacturing company located in Oakville. This role is fully remote with a payrate of $24.00 per hour. This is a 4-month contract.
Responsibilities:
Document customer and channel interactions and enter descriptive information online in order to
Provide history and track issue resolution
Resolve or make business decisions on escalated and complex questions while referencing multiple
Troubleshoot and assist customers on websites and systems
Track trends and identify streamlined processes for customer, channel and product concerns and
Inform/provide feedback to appropriate departments or units
Qualifications:
Bilingualism in French and English is a must
Customer service experience with strong negotiation, communication, and listening
skills
Experience in a Call Center and/or in the financial industry is ideal but not required.
Ability to remain seated for long periods of time to perform telephone work in a
high-volume call center environment
A conducive, private in-home workspace is required to protect company and customer information
Stable, high-speed internet is required
Can make 25-35 calls a day
The work day has 3 rotating shifts 8:30am-5pm, 9am-5:30pm & 9:30-6pm
