Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative, to work at a well-established packaging company in Surrey, BC. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution, resolve routine and basic problems and communicate solutions or requested information to the customer. Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor the blow mold machines to ensure quality of the product and its processing
Order entry & maintenance
Verify Shipping and pricing
Input customer feedback into the Quality Database & Customer Feedback Database
Assist with customer inventory management
Manage customer owned inventory (labels, corrugate, etc.)
Manage customer specific finished goods
Assist with the management of obsolete inventory
Assist with accounts receivables
Handle the maintenance of manual BOL
Verify invoices and sample shipments
Handle the mail marketing information (brochures)
Generate and distribute customer-required reports (inventory, volume, etc.)
Assist with Credit Memos when needed
Maintain customer files
Requirements and Qualifications:
An AS degree is preferred
Prior manufacturing experience is desired
Two years prior customer service experience is required
Knowledge of MS Office is a must
Excellent English and French communication skills, both verbal and written, are needed
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
