Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 11-month contract with our Client in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid reliability security clearance or be eligible for it.


The Bilingual Customer Service representative will have the following responsibilities:
- Be able to work rotational shifts
- Have worked in call center environment
- Customer service experience is a must
- Full time availability and can work on weekends and holidays if needed
- Able to provide two professional references from an employer within the past two years

The Bilingual Customer Service must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- A minimum of six (6) months customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications; primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel at the intermediate level
- Must have demonstrated problem solving abilities and sound judgement
- Must have a minimum of 40 WPM typing speed
- Must complete eight (8) weeks of paid training
- Level B reading/writing and Level C oral for FRENCH
