Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative (French/English) to work a 100% remote and service one of the largest insurances and financial services companies globally. To be considered for the Customer Service Representative (French/English) role, you must be open to work in a rotating schedule, have excellent communication skills in English and French, have previous experience in a similar role, and be a team player. Pay will be 18.64/ hour, this a 4-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

Customer Service Representative (French/English) Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of service to external and internal customers for all of the client’s mainstream products and/or knowledge of a specialized function
  • Respond to all customer service inquiries, answering a standard number of calls and related investigation work by following set procedures and utilizing administrative expertise
  • Ensure positive and effective relationships are maintained with customers
  • Act as primary contact for customers’ requests by researching the problem/issue through interaction with multiple internal departments in order to find the appropriate information and solution
  • Proactively work to identify and correct customer issues, resolve customer complaints and concerns, and coordinate with other staff and departments as required
  • Customer Service Representative (French/English) Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role and knowledge of finance is an asset
  • Bilingual in French and English required
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize under stressful and changing circumstances
  • High level of phone confidence and professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service negotiation skills with the ability to maintain a positive customer relationship in a very difficult situation
  • Strong interpersonal skills required for interaction with internal/external customers and team members
  • Ability to identify callers needs quickly and provide resolution for various platforms and clients
  • Team player, with a positive attitude, and is self-motivated
