Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client located in Toronto is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a temporary to permanent role. This exciting opportunity is with a company that specializes in a digital auction platform. To qualify for this role, you must be bilingual in French and English. The pay rate for the role is $21.00 per hour. This role will be a mix of remote and in office.  
Support sales team with inquiries and providing support to customers for any account issues
Document all documents for the registration process while adhering to company policies and federal laws
Following up with documents and performing audits
Troubleshooting and resolving customer requests in an efficient manner
Maintaining a high level of understanding of changing technology platforms and tools
High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree
MUST be bilingual in French and English
Strong customer service skills
Experience with legal documents considered a strong asset
Experience with CRM systems and Salesforce experience considered a strong
Must be tech savvy and have an interest in technology
