Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Adecco has partnered with one of the top banks in Canada to hire for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Toronto, ON. It is a full-time contract position for 6 months paying $20.15/hr., with possibility of extension and conversion. 
The successful candidate MUST be fluent in French and English and should be able to work 5 days a week including Saturdays on rotational shifts between 8AM – 9PM. KEY TO NOTE – The working hours would be 100% remote but will eventually be back fully in office when the time comes.
Bilingual Customer Service Representative responsibilities :
•    Providing courteous, efficient and professional customer service to ensure inquiries, problems and issues are resolved promptly and effectively under all conditions
•    Operate data entry devices and answer emails, fax along with other communication tools
•    Monitor resources to ensure availability associated with business applications and technology
•    Communicate effectively within the team relative to service issues and scheduled changes
•    Recommend improvements and enhancements to internal departmental processes
Bilingual Customer Service Representative requirements :
•    Be able to work rotational shifts, including Saturdays (5-day work weeks)
•    Bilingual : Fluent in French and English
•    Able to work independently
•    Comfortable working with faxes, incoming/outgoing mail
•    Ability to work with MS Office – Outlook and Excel
•    Tech savvy – able to pick up new software/systems
