The working hours for the Bilingual Customer Service job opening are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Key responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Service job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:

Developing close ties with key accounts in Canada to understand their requirements and propose solutions
Entering orders into databases for use by the merchandising department
Assisting the Sales Team with market appointments
Maintaining shipping logs and delivery schedules, preparing paperwork
Working closely with field sales representatives to assist in maintaining and growing sales
Reporting to sales representatives, customers and management as needed
Reviewing product orders and delivery schedules for accuracy, and bringing any issues regarding orders to the attention of appropriate persons
Act as liaison between the customer and the warehouse by preparing tickets and making sure orders are complete


To be considered for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Toronto, ON, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

Bilingual: French and English is a must
1+ year of Inside Sales / Customer Service / Retail experience
2-year college diploma in Administration or Marketing is an asset
Excellent telephone skills and phone mannerism
Clear and effective communication
Strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to multi-task
Team player with a willingness to learn
Computer literate with experience in MS Office and strong MS Excel skills; SAP an asset.
