This is a great opportunity to work regular, Monday-Friday shifts providing Bilingual (English/French) customer service in a corporate call centre setting, applying existing transferable skills from previous roles in customer service, administration, or financial services.

Your Daily Tasks

Handling inbound customer support calls from new and existing clients
Answering email inquiries as needed and forwarding to appropriate departments
Inputting customer data accurately into various database systems
Providing basic technical support remotely via telephone
Redirecting escalated calls to the appropriate department
Referring to company manual and customer service policy in resolving customer issues

Who You Are

You are fluently bilingual: French and English is a must
You have some experience in a call centre/retail/reception or other customer service setting
You have excellent telephone skills and phone presence
Your communication is clear and effective
You are a master of time management and organization and can handle shifting priorities on the fly
You thrive in team-based environments and love to pitch in and help
You are computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office
