Handling inbound customer support calls from new and existing clients
Answering email inquiries as needed and forwarding to appropriate departments
Inputting customer data accurately into multiple database systems
Ensuring prompt and accurate communication to clients and stakeholders

Bilingual: French and English is a must
1+ years call centre experience, ideally in an order management setting
Flexible availability Monday-Friday for shifts including 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm and others
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, customer focused environment
Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Strong work ethic with a proven track record of excellent attendance
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office
