Adecco Professional has partnered with a large financial services firm to hire for some Bilingual Customer Service Representative job openings in Canada. This is an initial 6-month contract position with the potential to be extended or more more down the road. The working hours for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening are on a weekly rotating shift basis 8:00am – 8:00pm EST Monday through Friday.  As this is a remote / work from home position, you can reside anywhere in Canada but must be able to work shifts in those hours.

 

Key responsibilities for Bilingual Customer Service job opening may include but are not limited to:

 

  • Manage high volume inbound calls from customers (primarily Investment Advisors and their teams but also the investors directly)
  • Document and track all calls and conversations in a CRM
  • Maintains customer database; updates data and makes necessary changes; follow up on outstanding and required items
  • Determines customers’ needs and ensure proper documentation/information is included in the systems
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers relating to products/service (there is no sales in this position)
  • Follow up calls and written correspondence will be required as well, all will be in both French and English
  •  

    To be considered for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

     

  • Complete bilingualism in both French and English, both written and spoken
  • At least 1-year experience in a similar role Ability to meet deadlines and control multiple priorities
  • Completed post-secondary education is a must; College Diploma or University Degree
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to learn quickly; the business as well as the technology to help you do your role best!
