Bilingual Customer Service Representative responsibilities include:
Handling inbound attendance support calls and accurately reporting customer details using in house applications
Providing support to all callers and referring callers to other resources as appropriate
Completing other intake administrative activities in between phone calls, such as opening disability management files
Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current
Develop ways to deliver excellent customer service to challenging customers
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and create innovative ways of increasing them
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Fluent in English and French
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
2+ years' experience in a customer service position within the Retail, Hospitality sector
Proficiency with MS Office
Experience in Retail or Hospitality would be an asset
Advanced customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Empathetic and able to escalate crisis situations to our clinical team
