We are currently hiring French speaking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a well-known National company. This is a great opportunity to land a full-time work from home job!

  • Salary  $37,000 plus $2/hr premium for night and weekends

  • Bilingual Customer Service Representative responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound support calls and accurately reporting customer details using in house applications
  • Providing support to all callers and referring callers to other resources as appropriate
  • Completing other intake administrative activities in between phone calls
  • Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current
  • Develop ways to deliver excellent customer service to challenging customers
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and create innovative ways of increasing them
  • Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and French
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service position within the Retail, Hospitality sector
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Advanced customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathetic and able to escalate crisis situations to our clinical team
