Adecco Professional has partnered with a growing financial services firm who is opening their own call center of talent and are looking to hire for several Bilingual Customer Service Representative job openings, and you can be located anywhere in Canada!! These are full-time, permanent positions that will have you working 40 hours per week on a rotating shift basis between 8am and 12:30am EST from Monday through Friday (if you are in another time zone in Canada, you the shift times must still equate to these hours in EST). Please note, should you only want the evening shift, they are willing to accommodate that otherwise flexibility it required. 

 

Key responsibilities for Bilingual Customer Service job openings anywhere in Canada may include but are not limited to:

 

·        Manage high volume inbound calls and inquiries from customers and retail merchants regarding current and future needs

·        Determines customers’ needs and ensure proper documentation/information is included in the systems adhering to compliance requirements

·        Provide advice and guidance to customers relating to product/service

·        Document and track all calls and conversations in a CRM

·        Maintains customer database; updates data and makes necessary changes; follow up on outstanding and required items

·        Follow up calls and written correspondence will be required as well; all will be in both French and English

·        Actively participate in virtual team meetings to share best practices, mentoring each other, call campaigns, general shared questions etc.

 

To be considered for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening anywhere in Canada, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

 

·        Complete bilingualism in both French and English, both written and spoken

·        At least 6 months of total relevant experience in a similar role; customer service, call center etc

·        Client centric mindset; open to learn and follow process/protocols

·        Ability to meet deadlines and control multiple priorities

·        Strong listening, problem solving and decision-making skills

·        Knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook a strong asset

·        Ability to learn quickly; the business as well as the technology to help you do your role best!
